As the Bot Optimization manager, I led a 6-person optimization team dedicated to improving chatbot performance. We partnered with the product and model training teams to ensure that customer experience issues were addressed in upcoming releases.

As the lead model trainer/analyst, I led a 3-person team that optimized chatbots by tuning NLP/NLU models and updating content. I also worked directly with our engineering teams to automate insight generation, build a bot response testing framework, and launch an internal annotating tool.

I was the Project/Sr. Program Manager for Leibniz, Legal AI & Analytics project. I led the operations side which included budget, vendor management, managing project milestones, targets and KPIs. I also worked with our NLP engineer to develop document and clause classifiers, their taxonomy, training and testing set.

I worked as a consulting taxonomist for the Google Feedback team where I created taxonomy policies and oversaw their implementation and the implementation of methodologies that improved text classification precision and recall.

I was the Product Manager of eBay Local Catalog and Classification where I oversaw classification and feed content quality for eBay Now Merchant onboarding.

I managed the Data team in the Recruitment group where our team was responsible for marketing campaign and web site trend analysis.

I was a consultant working with the Business Process Operations team on internal and client facing web-based application development, product classification and product attribute extraction.
